- We aim to use the most cost effective methods in shipping our products directly to you. As we are an Australian based business our Australian and New Zealand customers will find our shipping rates most cost effective. For a full list of local and international rates please see our shipping rates page. Alternatively you can place your items in the shipping cart and use the "Shipping Estimator" to give you a live shipping rate calculation that factors in combined weight of items in your shopping cart.
Most deliveries will be arrive to you within 1 - 7 days, depending on the method of shipping that you choose. For eParcel Express, if an order is placed before 2:00pm weekdays then it will be shipped out the same day but otherwise it will be shipped the following business day. For eParcel Standard, all standard orders will be shipped out in the next shipping dispatch which could be from 1 - 3 business days. - Your privacy is of the utmost concern to us. We do not collect more information from you than is necessary to process your order. Believe it or not but we hate spam too! So we will never send you any. Your communication preferences can be changed by logging in to your customer account. Please our full privacy policy for more details.
Our website has been design and developed by professionals using the latest security and transaction safety methods. We have a dedicated team of web developers who work behind the scenes to ensure all website software is up to date with current versions and security patches.
We have in place a 256-bit SSL encryption. This means all private communication between our website and your web browser are secure. Please see the security verification seal provided by GoDaddy networks for validation of our security measures.

- Returns & Replacements
- We DO NOT refund for change of mind. If however you feel you have received a faulty product or an incompatible car kit, please login to your account and create an RMA to return your product for replacement or refund. Note that the customer is responsible for identifying correctly the car make, model & year, and more importantly the radio head unit model. In the event of a refund for incorrectly purchased kits there will be a 5% restocking fee. If our website states that it is compatible (including the notes section) this fee will be waived.
All returns and replacements will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving your item. Any items in the kit that are damaged, in second hand condition or otherwise non-original condition will under no circumstances be refunded even if returned within 30 days, no exceptions. Return postage of goods is at the expense of the buyer.
If you would like a part replaced, you will first need to send back the faulty/incorrect part and then we will send out the new part to you. All parts received back must be in as-new, undamaged condition including accessories and manuals. Return postage of goods is at the expense of the buyer.
If the refund/replacement is outside 30 days, and the product is faulty and does not perform as stated, please see the product warranty information below.
Once a refund/replacement has been approved, items can be shipped back to our store address below. Shipping charges and credit card merchant banking fees, 2.5% of the final value purchased, are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping is at your expense.

- All GROM Audio products come with 1 year of manufacturer repair or replacement warranty. If the item is no longer working you can return it to us for replacement or repair within 1 year of purchase. Please contact us before you send back your product to make arrangements to return it to our warranty department. Cost of return shipping is at your expense. We will only process warranty claims for GROM Audio products purchased from Cushie Audio Australia.
- All Dension products come with 2 years of manufacturer repair or replacement warranty. If the item is no longer working you can return it to us for replacement or repair within 2 years of purchase. Please contact us before you send back your product to make arrangements to return it to our warranty department. Cost of return shipping is at your expense. We will only process warranty claims for Dension products purchased from Cushie Audio Australia.

Our preferred payment method is Credit Card. We use a reputable Australia Post company called SecurePay to process all our credit cards payments. For more information about SecurePay please visit SecurePay Australia. Your credit card details are NOT under any circumstances stored on our website or database, they are directly transmitted to SecurePay via a 256bit encryption for one-time processing on SecurePay's servers. Your credit card details are NEVER at any point visible to any staff member of Cushie Audio. - Paypal
PayPal is ONLY available for international customers outside of Australia. This is a worldwide accepted payment method. Paypal is a reputable company and process millions of transactions securely ever year. If you do not yet have a Paypal account please visit Paypal Australia to set up a private account. You can pay us with credit card or directly debit from you bank account using Paypal services. - Direct Deposit
We offer direct bank deposit to all our customers in Australia. The bank deposit details will be sent to you in an automated email at the conclusion of a sale. Payment must be made within 3 business days or the order will be automatically cancelled and the items returned back into stock. We bank with Commonwealth Bank, deposits can be made directly to our account via internet banking or over the counter at any branch in Australia.
